Phase 1: Becoming a Power User

Objective: Gain foundational knowledge and skills in AI, design thinking, and domain expertise.

• Activities:
  • Participate in learning modules and training sessions on AI, design thinking and BoardX.
  • Apply acquired knowledge to daily work and life within the rules of your organization.
  • Develop and share use case content, such as blog stories, to document and share learnings with the broader community.

Outcome: Emerge as a power user of BoardX and innovation principles, with the capability to apply these skills effectively in various contexts.

Phase 2: Helping Others

Objective: Leverage your skills to assist others in the community and drive broader adoption of AI and design thinking.

• Activities:
  • Use spare time to mentor and support family, friends, and community members in adopting AI and design thinking.
  • Help grow the user base and pro users of BoardX by guiding new contributors through their learning journey.
  • Record contributions and earn rewards for your efforts in helping others.

Outcome: Establish yourself as a community leader and a key contributor to the growth of BoardX's user base.

Phase 3: Joining the Core Team

Objective: Transition from a part-time contributor to an official member of the BoardX team, serving business users and driving organizational growth.

• Activities:
  • Engage in more advanced projects and strategic initiatives within BoardX.
  • Take on leadership roles and responsibilities, contributing to the development and execution of key business strategies.
  • Join BoardX fulltime, grow revenue and 2B Clients

Outcome: Become an integral member of the BoardX core team, contributing to both individual and organizational success.
